Automatic weft straightener (DENSIMATIC) Device
designed for use in processing woven, knitted, towel or other fabric
to detect any distortion in its weft yarn for automatic rectification
of such weft distortion. |

<Features>
This series utilizes the world's only dual-mode detection method capable
of both moire and slit detection. Detection is possible for wefts
free from the influence of twill lines, through determination of weft
density by means of moires produced with the use of a densimeter.
Detection has also been made possible for fabrics in which moire production
is difficult and weaves with a density as high as 450 threads/inch,
through the optical optimization of the slit size according to the
type of fabric. 1.[Operational panel]

1.Operational
panel
A touch panel has been adopted for its user-friendly properties.
The colorful, clear and wide TFT liquid crystal screen displays
lucid images of the state of weft distortions and of their being
straightened. Furthermore, the real-time display of distortions
and the display of records have been added as new functions.
In addition, it is equipped with the function of item number
registration that allows the setting of straightening conditions,
such as fabric density and tension, according to each item number,
as well as the troubleshooting function that determines the
malfunctioning of parts by easy self-diagnosis. |
2.Dual-mode detection
It is the world's first employment of a dual-mode detection method
capable of the world-exclusive moire detection and the newly-adopted
zooming slit detection. Detection stability has been upgraded with
the computerized optimization of modes according to fabric types.
  |
1)World-exclusive moire detection
Detection is possible for wefts without influence of twill lines
by pre-determining weft density, making use of moire effects
produced with the use of densimeters. |
| |
|
  |
2)Zooming slit detection
Detection capability has been improved with the adaptation of
a mechanism that optimizes slit width according to fabric density.
Detection is now possible with fabrics in which it is difficult
to produce moires and those with high density, such as 450 threads/inch
(weft). |
 |
3.Controls
eft straightening without causing damage to fabric has been
achieved through variable operation speed according to the degree
of weft distortion and fabric speed. The newly-designed dancer
roll has made operation at extremely low tension possible. Furthermore,
depending on the kind of fabric, types equipped with three skew
rolls are also available. |
 |
4.Stainless-steel
body
The generous use of stainless steel for every part of the body
has brought about a high degree of strength with considerable
durability. Stainless steel is used in all skew and guiding
rolls.
*The stainless-steel body is optional |
